1. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE DEADLINES

Depending on your order ie size of order, delivery requirements and configuration, and the same considerations of other customer(s) orders on the day the commencement time of inflation / construction can vary.

Therefore, if your do need to cancel, the earlier the better.

Less than 150 balloons.

Orders can be cancelled up to the commencement of inflation / construction. Once the studio has commenced, the cost of any product utilisation will be deducted from any refund.

More than 150 balloons

At least 3 working hours before commencement of inflation, as additional transport vehicle may have already been collected by our Balloon Angels.

A. Orders using stocked products

A full refund, less any cost for used product or transport costs.

B. Orders with Specially Ordered Product

A full refund, less costs or charges from our suppliers eg restocking fees, or unreturnable product costs..

2. HOW TO CANCEL AND CHANGE
Please send your request by email to STORE EMAIL and leave a phone message at our dispatch center STORE PHONE Please consider your order cancelled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email.

3. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

In the event of forecasted severe weather, a local STORE NAME manager will contact the customer at least one day prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or cancel/refund the order.

STORE NAME is not able to change or cancel an order if the request is made on the delivery date.

If STORE NAME is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.
